12m sun terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs, parasols, sunbeds, hammock, BBQ etc. Organic vegetable garden.
Facilities include Aga, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, telephone, Hi-Fi, freeview satellite tv, dvd and video player with over 150 films to choose from. Full baby paraphenalia includes cot, hi-chair etc.
Indoor and outdoor games, climbing frame, trampoline, table tennis, bikes.

- Care must be taken with young children - the window ledges are low and there are disused outbuildings that should not be entered.
The Studio Flat
Sleeps two - Located in a 200-year-old converted pressoir approx 50m from the main house, this self contained 1st floor apartment with 4-poster bed, sitting area, fully-equipped kitchenette and shower room with wc, with small private garden, is perfect for grandparents, nanny, or an additional couple.
Please Note
- Access is by a steep outside staircase, which makes this unsuitable for elderly or infirm guests.
